Baptism Preparation

The Baptism preparation course is designed to prepare Catholic parents bringing their children to be baptised and follows the Rite of Baptism. It explains the words, symbols, questions and actions that have been passed down to us in this great sacrament from the early days of the Church. It gives parents and godparents a better understanding of what they are undertaking when a child is baptised and will help and equip them in their role of developing the spiritual life of the child.

The session is held on the first  Monday evening of every second month.   It starts at 7.00pm - 8.30pm (approx) and is held in the St. Thomas More church lounge.

Baptisms are then held on the 1st & 3rd Sunday's of the month.

If you are expecting a baby or have a child under 7 that you would like Baptised, please contact All Saints parish office (07) 575 4807 Ex 2  between the hours of 9am and noon Tuesday to Friday, or by email: admin@allsaintsbythesea.nz
